icon size

On the desktop: Right Click Click View Select a Size (Large, Medium, or Classic)
In an Folder window: Click the arrow on the View button on the green toolbar Click a size or drag the slider control up and down
Alternatively you can hold down Ctrl and scroll your mouse wheel on either the desktop or in a folder.
